How this is made
Every subject is structured block by block on the official syllabus. Nothing is invented as a plan: what you revise matches what you are examined on.
ICAO Annexes, EU regulations on EUR-Lex, certification specifications. Where two sources disagree the regulation wins — and the disagreement is flagged.
Each subject lists the points where common material is still out of date: the CAT IIIA categories deleted in 2021, the recast fuel scheme, standard masses copied across wrongly. You do not memorise an error.
Every subject carries its verification date in Appendix E. Regulatory revision material without a date cannot be judged.
A living document
Regulatory revision material that stops moving is material that goes stale. This one changes through two channels, and both benefit everyone.
The team tracks changes to the syllabus and to the texts: new EASA requirements, revised Learning Objectives, amended regulations. When a point changes, the subject is rewritten, its verification date is updated, and the new version goes out to everyone who owns it.
Found an error, an unclear passage, a figure that does not match what your course says? Report it. Every report is checked against the original source; where it is well founded the correction is made and sent back to every owner of that subject, free of charge.
Because it is the only honest way to sell a regulatory document. Nobody can guarantee that material is perfect on the day it ships — what can be guaranteed is that a reported error gets corrected, dated, and sent back to everyone. The students using these notes are their best reviewers: they test them against their course, their question bank and their actual sittings.

Said before you pay, not after
Your approved training organisation is what enters you for the theoretical examinations. No PDF changes that, and be suspicious of anyone who says otherwise.
The ECQB questions are not public. What you will find here is the reasoning each question is built on, and the traps they are written around.
Air Law and Operational Procedures are written against EU regulation. Under another authority, check those two against your own rules. The rest is physics, and physics has no nationality.
Questions
For most of it, yes. Aerodynamics, meteorology, navigation, instrumentation, human performance and communications are physics, physiology and ICAO procedure — they do not change with the authority. Air Law and Operational Procedures are the exception: they are written against European regulation and will not match another regulator's rules.
Because it costs you nothing and it is written anyway. If you train in French and sit in English, having both removes the vocabulary gap that quietly loses marks. If French is no use to you, ignore those files.
By the sources. Every subject cites the texts consulted and carries a verification date, and a whole appendix lists the points where common material is still wrong. A summary that does not say where it comes from cannot be checked.
