How the notes are made.

Written on the EASA Learning Objectives.
Checked against the primary texts.
Dated, corrected and logged in the open.

Sources

Every subject is built block by block on the EASA Learning Objectives. Each part carries the code of its objectives, so what you revise matches what you are examined on.

The notes are checked against the primary texts: ICAO Annexes, EU regulations on EUR-Lex and certification specifications. Every subject lists the texts it was checked against. A summary that does not say where it comes from cannot be checked.

Verification

Against the source

The regulation wins

Each point is checked against the text it comes from. Where two sources disagree, the regulation wins and the disagreement is flagged in the notes.

The date

You know how current it is

Every subject carries its verification date in Appendix E. Revision material without a date cannot be judged.

Corrections

Each subject has a whole appendix for what common material still gets wrong: the CAT IIIA categories deleted in 2021, the recast fuel scheme, standard masses copied across wrongly. You do not memorise an error.

The rotatestudy team tracks the syllabus, the Learning Objectives and the regulations. When a point changes, the subject is rewritten and its verification date moves. Every change is logged on the Updates page and announced by email.

Your reports

Checked against the source

Found an error or an unclear passage? Write in. Every report is checked against the original text. When it holds up, the correction is made and announced to every buyer still in their first year of updates.

What these notes are not

  • Not a replacement for your ATO. Your approved training organisation is what enters you for the theoretical examinations. No PDF changes that.
  • Not the official question bank. The ECQB is confidential. The practice questions here train you on the same syllabus and its traps, not on its questions.
  • Two subjects are European. Air Law and Operational Procedures are written against EU regulation. Under another authority, check those two against your own rules.
